Her clients include global technology companies, rapidly-growing tech startups, tech accelerators, higher education, social ventures, and non-profits in Vancouver and throughout North America.

She has facilitated hundreds of successful strategy and planning workshops, delivered strategy and technology projects up to $25M, and helped dozens of technology startups achieve breakthrough growth.

As Client Partner at Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP), she was responsible for selling and delivering multi-million-dollar strategy and technology projects for Fortune 500 clients across North America.

After successfully selling and delivering a $25M project (the largest project in CTP’s history), Michele founded a technology startup in New York City, where she brought in funding and build the product development team. As VP Consulting for the Bios Group, she was a pioneer in working with leading scientists, MacArthur Fellows, and Capgemini partners to apply complex adaptive systems to solve business problems for executives at Fortune 500 clients. She also started a new product division of Bios Group, where she hired and led a team of offshore scientists and developers and released this product to market.

At Boston Consulting Group, she facilitated conferences with business and academic leaders, and published articles to the worldwide BCG consultants on business strategy. As Director of Worldwide Studio Programs at Electronic Arts, she developed the first central system to be used by all of their worldwide game development studios. She also led an innovative project to build the first recruiting system ever built on the Salesforce.com platform, which was awarded Most Innovative App of the Year by the CEO of Salesforce.com.

Since founding Illume Consulting ten years ago, Michele has focused on helping technology startup founders and venture capitalists achieve breakthrough growth, facilitating world-class strategy and product planning workshops and retreats, and delivering strategy and technology projects that have never been done before, in areas including AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, SaaS, Education, and Gaming. Michele has a BBA from Texas A&M University, and an MALA from St John’s College.
